BELON Shipping Policy

How orders reach you.

The short version: free

• Cost: free. Every US order ships free — no minimum, no threshold, no membership. Express options may be offered at checkout at carrier rates if you're in a hurry.
• Where: all 50 US states, street addresses only — our carrier can't deliver to PO boxes, and we can't reach APO/FPO addresses yet. International shipping, including to the EU, isn't available yet either — join the email list and you'll hear when that changes.
• From where: our warehouse in Edison, New Jersey, via UPS.
• When: orders ship within 1–2 business days. Typical transit is 2–7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not promises — but if something is meaningfully late, write to us and we'll chase it rather than shrug. Prices don't include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your address.

If an order arrives damaged, arrives wrong, or doesn't arrive at all, the BELON Return & Refund Policy covers it: we replace at our cost, and you will never be redirected to negotiate with a carrier. Returns, refunds, and the 60-Day Trial live there too.

Fine print, kept short

This policy applies to purchases from belon.com. Nothing here limits any rights consumer protection law gives you. We can update this policy with a dated change log, and changes never apply to orders already placed.
